As chairman of Zeus, Emerson leads the company's strategic vision, management of acquisitions, joint ventures, and enterprise growth. He currently also serves as CEO of FGE Power, a power generation development firm he founded in 2011. FGE Power successfully developed and divested the FGE Goodnight wind farm project, which will be, upon completion of construction, the largest wind farm to date in the state of Texas.
Additionally, he previously led corporate strategy and business development for tech firm ZINK Imaging; managed client engagements for management consultancy Silver Oak Partners; and participated in the formation of international private-public investment funds with Economic Innovation International.
Emerson is active in a variety of philanthropic causes benefiting child welfare, animal welfare, and environmental conservation. He currently serves on the Global Advisory Council of the Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs (HAE), an international non-profit. Emerson executes venture investments ranging from quantum computing and artificial intelligence to documentary films and consumer packaged goods through his family office, Bat City Acquisitions.
Mr. Farrell received his A.B. cum laude from Harvard University and began his Master of Business Administration at The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
Colonel Brian Drinkwine (Retired) is a published author and highly decorated combat veteran with a distinguished career that spans more than 25 years. He is the chief development officer at Zeus where he oversees the selection and development of the company’s portfolio of projects.
He also currently serves as executive vice-president of FGE Power and was integral to the team that developed and divested the FGE Goodnight wind farm project and developed two large-scale CCGT projects in ERCOT. Brian has also held multiple senior leadership and command positions of multinational combat forces and oversaw multimillion dollar reconstruction and development projects while deployed to Southwest Asia during Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
Colonel Drinkwine holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, a master’s in political science from Auburn University, a master’s in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
Nicholas has over 15 years of experience across a variety of roles in financial services and financial markets infrastructure, including corporate strategy, corporate development, M&A, and business integration.
At Zeus, Nicholas leads Corporate Development and M&A. Nicholas is a seasoned transaction and investment specialist with a unique ability to successfully manage transactions throughout the investment lifecycle. Most recently, he helmed Corporate Development for the Data and Analytics division ($6bn revenue) at the London Stock Exchange Group. He has delivered over $33Bn of closed deals to date.
Mr. Gorton earned his Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) at the University of Notre Dame. Nicholas is based London, England.
As chief of staff, Lindsey oversees internal initiatives, operations, corporate processes, and external communications at Zeus. Her investment, legal, and operational experience spans the commercial real estate, oil and gas, biotech, and technology industries where international clients have included private equity funds, family offices, and United States government contractors. She also spent three years in corporate PR and marketing where she focused on biotech, healthcare, and AI.
Mrs. Snyder received her Bachelor of Fine Arts and Art History from Boston University and her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School. She holds a post-graduate certificate from Cornell in commercial real estate development.
As director of project development at Zeus, Gordon manages a portfolio of development projects including solar and wind power generation, energy storage, and data centers.
Prior to joining Zeus, Gordon led the sales organization at a nationally distributed consumer packaged goods company and held roles in both management consulting at Public Strategies as well as strategic partnership development in the banking industry. Additionally, he founded a consulting firm that specialized in go-to-market strategy for early stage FinTech companies.
Gordon has served on the board for organizations including Young Men’s Business League, Austin Sunshine Camps, Austin Young Chamber, and Downtown Austin Neighborhood Association, and is a supporter of various philanthropic organizations ranging from the performing arts to youths and education. In 2023, Gordon was recognized as winner of the Austin Under 40 Award in the People & Operations category.
Mr. Moore earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin and is pursuing a Level 3 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
Martin currently serves as director of finance for Zeus overseeing all aspects of operational finance, reporting, and financial planning and analysis.
He most recently worked at the London Stock Exchange Group where he was Financial Controller for the Capital Markets division and has previously held senior finance roles at a number of large financial institutions.
Martin is a qualified accountant (CGMA) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Nottingham.
Shyenne is the executive assistant at Zeus, where she manages executive schedules, oversees internal communications and coordinates projects to enhance productivity. Her responsibilities include strategic scheduling and implementing organizational systems to facilitate a smooth workflow within the executive team, with her ability to plan meticulously and solve problems essential to the team's success.
Mrs. Coble earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida.
